Arthur Flury AG has over 100 years experience in the manufacturing and supply of Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) components to railway networks around the world. Using the highest of quality materials, manufactured in Switzerland, to meet the highest rail standards.
Arthur Flury specialise in a copper-nickel-silicon (CuNiSi) alloy, that with their own unique cold forming technique during production ensures high tensile strength and consistent high quality. Even though this method of manufacturing is known to be the costliest, Arthur Flury understand that such critical line hardware needs to have both strength and good electrical conductivity, and they're here to provide the best value in investment to our customers - Leading to longer product life, and lowest lifecycle cost possible.
One example is the Section Insulator and neutral sections, which whilst using the highest strength materials is actually lighter than others, with their CuNiSi alloy and self-cleaning PTFE & Silicon insulator rods - Reducing the chance of pantograph impact, ensuring a smooth interaction with the overhead line.
Section Insulators are available for overhead contact lines up to 3kV DC and up to 25kV AC with speeds of up to 250km/h, and of course low speed variants are available.

MV Technology Solutions Pty Ltd and its partner HaslerRail AG, provided the onboard Data Loggers (Hasler Teloc), Gateways (onboard railway routers) for the Adelaide train fleets. Including the analytics cloud platform (HaslerRail EVA+ - Rail Data Management) enabling secure remote access to train data, and real-time remote monitoring of predetermined events and alerts. No longer do staff need to locate the train in the yard, and manually retrieve event recorder data over USB or laptop, saving countless time.
The initial concept for simply having remote access to train data, has grown much further to enable remote diagnostics and condition monitoring on an in-service train fleet.
EVA+ provides insight to both Maintainers and Operators. Automatically capturing critical event occurrences, alerting your staff in real-time the who, what, where and when to speed up service recovery.
Such unwanted, but occurring Events may include;
-Emergency brake application
-Safety system isolated
-Signals passed at danger
-Incorrect side door release at platforms
-Speeding in restricted areas
-Wheel slip and slide
-Plus many more
More than 220 trains across Australia are taking advantage of EVA+ online fleet management to improve safety, operations and maintenance.
