For each item to be returned, a form has to be filled in using our website RMA form the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and acceptance to below RMA T&Cs is required in line with HaslerRail requirements.

Please make sure to mark the RMA number on the returned goods as well as on the shipping papers since this number serves as a reference number for MV Technology Solutions and the customer during the entire RMA procedure.

Any supporting documentation should be sent in the form of a reply to your email confirmation you will receive once you have completed your RMA submission.
